Anderson & Vreeland names Kevin Sakai technical sales manager in Canada

His extensive experience in the flexographic sector positions him as an asset to both A&V and its customers.

Anderson & Vreeland, ULC. (A&V) is expanding its technical support capabilities for Canadian customers with the addition of Kevin Sakai as technical sales manager. This strategic hire reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to providing comprehensive support and expertise to its clientele. Sakai’s extensive experience in the flexographic sector positions him as an asset to both Anderson & Vreeland and its customers.

Sakai brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to his new role with 23 years of prior experience assisting in project management implementation, design & artwork preparation, press run problem solving and job improvement analysis. Prior to joining the A&V team, he started out as a pressman/operator and ensured all production goals and targets were delivered on time and to the customer’s satisfaction before working his way up as a supervisor and quality manager for Westrock. In this role, he became proficient in preventive action (RC/CAPA) problem solving tools, Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) systems, and equipment care & calibration all while enhancing safety, quality, production metrics and costs.

Sakai expresses enthusiasm for the chance to apply his flexographic industry background to support Anderson & Vreeland’s ongoing expansion, stating he is “highly motivated” by the “fantastic opportunity.”
